The Human-Powered Generator is Palworld's earliest way to produce electricity — no Electric-type Pal required. Unlocked at Technology Level 26, it converts a Pal's rotational effort into power, but with two catches: only Pals classified as Tiny (XS) or Small (S) size can actually work it (so Alpha and Lucky Pals are always excluded, no matter the species), and the assigned Pal's SAN will steadily drop the longer they're stuck running. Some Pals that look small, like Teafant, are secretly classified as Medium in the game's files and can't be used at all. And if you're feeling ruthless, it's not just Pals — a captured human (that merchant you "convinced" to join your base, or that hostile you knocked out) can be assigned to the wheel too.
