The Japan Anti-Kaiju Defense Force in Kaiju No. 8 is organized into sixteen separate divisions spread across the country, and this wheel focuses on the Eastern and Western groups that have actually been named and explored in the story so far. Spin it to land on the elite First Division under Gen Narumi, the famous Third Division led by Mina Ashiro, the tactically focused Fourth Division, or one of the Western Divisions that operate further from Tokyo.
